It’s been a very eventful year on the farm. We decided to phase out the peach orchard and blackberries and expand our Christmas tree production here at the farm. The trees are growing like crazy. We had a ton of rain in the summer. The trees got busy growing and we got busy mowing!!
New Mining Sluice
We can’t wait for you to see our new attraction this October! We have added a mining sluice to the farm. It has a water tower, three waterfalls and lots of space to mine for treasure!! The kids will love the hands on water activity and taking home the treasures they find!
Animals
The barnyard is the place to be! Come visit Lily, our pot-bellied pig. You might catch her in the watering trough! Molly, the llama, is still standing guard over her goats; babies and mammas alike. Our sheep is very friendly and has to fight for her food since the goats are a little bossy! The “Chic-Inn: is never vacant. Chickens, ducks, guineas, and even Lucy the Goose are waiting to see you!
Pumpkin Season
This year will be our best Pumpkin Extravaganza ever!! We have all the activities you enjoyed last year, plus a hippity-hop area for the little ones, a much larger hay bale maze, the really cool mining sluice, and of course tons of pumpkins! Christmas Trees
We’ve been busy planting lots of baby trees. They are shaping up very nicely. The Leyland’s are gorgeous, and the pines need another year. We will continue to ship in the fir trees so that you have lots of options! Don’t forget.... Santa assured us he’ll be here for pancakes three weekends in December. Make sure you have your list ready!
